Whilst the Horizons Programme is a structured two year experience with well defined workshops and action learning teams activities; we expect the participants to engage in their own research and become accustomed to owning their own development to ensure that they are continuously learning and developing. This great resource is available to all our employees and we build its use into this programme to establish and encourage familiarity.

• over 50 learning guides all written by Ashridge consultants accompanied by a self assessed questionnaire which will provide you with recommended guides based on your answers.
• industry trend global reports written by an Ashridge economist which are added to monthly, archived and give the user the ability to track trends, figures and PEST information over a period of time.
• book summaries and reviews giving comprehensive chapter accounts and highlights of learning points.
• Infotrac, a Thomson Gale database which stores over 200 business and management journals. Editions span four years and can be printed or downloaded.
• links to over 600 hand-picked websites. They are categorised by industry, country, business topic and general interest.
